Hey there!

I'm Aliza, a fashionista, travelista, and lover of anything pink! My site is a place where I share outfits I love, places I am traveling, and what's going on in my life. I am a born and bread New Englander; my home base is in Massachusetts, I summer in Maine, and I go to college in Rhode Island. My life (and style!) changed forever when this NE gal took on England during the spring of 2018. I loved exploring my new London home and every weekend brought on a new European adventure. Ever since I’ve been chronically ill with the travel bug and my fashion sense got an urban spin. Follow my blog to see what I am wearing and where I am off to next!

Want the cuteness of a dress, but the comfort of pants? Jumpsuits are the answer!!

I think I purchased my first jumpsuit last summer when I got back from study abroad. I wasn’t sure about them at first, to be honest. I am not the biggest fan of rompers and jumpsuits are basically the romper’s older sister. I always find the fit to be off, at least for my body type. I am definitely on the shorter side, but for some reason the shorts of rompers always fit so short, awkward, or end up being tight.

I don’t have this problem at all with jumpsuits! I don’t have to worry about them fitting too tight because the pants are long and usually flowy and SO comfortable.

The number one reason why I love jumpsuits? They look cute, fashion forward, and fun, but you feel like you are in your pajamas.

When I took these pictures, I was exploring Savannah, GA with my family! It was so much fun and this was the perfect outfit for walking around the city. It was around 80 degrees, but this affordable polka dot jumpsuit was light, airy, and kept me cool. This jumpsuit retails for $40, but I scored it for $13 from a major sale the retailer was having! You guys know I am always on the hunt for sales and it really pays off. Right now it is on sale, so definitely check it out because it is such a good piece to have in your wardrobe that can be dressed up or down.

On this day, I paired my jumpsuit with my comfy Adidas sneakers. They are such good walking shoes and I think they gave my look an urban spin. There are so many ways you can style this jumpsuit, especially with different shoes. I can really see myself pairing it with wedges or sandals in the summer with some big and bold red statement earrings!! If you have been following my blog for a while, you’ll know that I love wearing statement earrings, especially in the summer. I actually wrote this post last summer about How to Get Statement Earrings for Less and another post two summers ago about how to DIY Tassel Earrings for Under $10!

Speaking of earrings, lets talk about my light blue resin hoop earrings! My sister actually got these for me as an early graduation present and I am obsessed. When I opened them, I immediately put them in my ears! They added the pop of color that my outfit needed and I think that I am going to get so much use out of them this summer. Oh, and it gets better. They actually come in a set of two! The other pair is also super cute and are like a tortoise shell sort of situation. This set is also on sale right now and is a great deal!

To top off my outfit, I completed my look with a little round straw cross body. I’ve talked about this on my blog before, but sometimes you may see something you absolutely love in a store, but it may be the wrong season. What I have learned in my 22 years is: buy it. When you are actually shopping for something you need and it gets to be crunch time, it is so much harder to find something good! I practiced this concept when I bought this cross body in the dead of winter because I knew I would get so much use out of it in the summer. Last summer, I had a bigger straw bag that was more like a tote (check it out in this post). I LOVED it, but sometimes it is nice to have the ease of a cross body. I saw this one at H&M and knew I needed it. My exact one is out of stock, but I am linking a similar one here!

Have I convinced you yet that jumpsuits are the best? Try one of these ones out and you will understand!
